Cleaning
Your room will be cleaned every day between 08.00 and 15.00. If you need new towels, please leave the used ones on the floor. The sheets will be changed every 2 days. 

Television
We have national and international channels that you can enjoy for free from your room. 

Security box
For valuables you have a safe deposit box for rent in your room.
We recommend that you rent a box for your safety. The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of objects that have not been previously deposited in the box.

Laundry service
We have at your disposal a laundry service for your clothes, the clothes delivered before 09.00 will be returned to you 48 hours later.

 Breakdown
Your room has been checked and disinfected prior to your arrival. We trust that your room will be to your complete satisfaction. If during your stay there are any problems, please contact the reception

Terrace
Please do not hang your towels on your balcony, for aesthetic reasons please do so on the clothesline provided for this purpose.

In your room, you will find a fire detector, as well as an evacuation plan, behind the entrance door. And along the corridors there are various evacuation plans, as well as fire extinguishers, hoses and buttons for use in an emergency. If you have any questions, please contact our staff who will be happy to help you

Children are not allowed to use the lifts if they are not accompanied by adults. In case of fire, do not use the lifts. As a safety measure against the Covid, do not use the lift with other customers, who do not belong to your room.

Remember that it is forbidden to smoke in the lift.
