DAILY CLEANING

We clean your room every day. Our cleaning service is from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM. Please do not take the towels to the swimming pool or beach; we have a free towel service for the swimming pool at reception.

ENERGY AND WATER

The electric current voltage is 220 V, given the special circumstances of the island; please make responsible use of energy and water. We care about the environment. Help us and be responsible with the water usage; be ecological! Please re-use the towels, if you want us to change your towels please leave them on the floor.

LAUNDRY *

You can leave your laundry inside our laundry bag which is in your room and it will be returned, clean, within 24 HOURS. We have a special laundry service for athletes and cyclists.

REPAIRS

Please report any faults and/or damages to reception. All faults/damages will be repaired within approx. 24 HOURS.

LATE CHECK OUT

LATE CHECK-OUT option (Late Departure): The room must be left free on the day of departure before 11:00 A.M. a supplement is charged for extra room beneficial for up to 06:00 PM, this option must be reserved at reception with enough time in advance. (Depending on availability).
