Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service is provided between 08:00 and 16:00.
Please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.

Towel change
Towels will be replaced when left on the floor.

Bed linen change
Bed linen is changed every 4 days. For additional changes, please contact reception.

Pool towels

Pool towels are available in the basket in your room.
To receive fresh towels, used ones must be returned; additional towels are not provided without prior exchange.
Towels can be exchanged at reception or with the housekeeping staff.

Safe

Your room is equipped with a safe, available free of charge. Please follow the instructions provided on the safe to use it.
We recommend storing your valuables in the safe, as the hotel cannot be held responsible for items not stored inside it.

Television channels

The televisions in the Quinze and Frare buildings are different and each has its own operating procedure.
Please find both instructions attached below and follow the one corresponding to your room.

Your room features a minibar with a selection of products.
You can consult the full list here.

Room telephone

·        To obtain an external line, dial 0 (charges apply).

·        For internal calls in Quinze, dial 101 for room 1, 102 for room 2, and so on.

·        For internal calls in Frare, dial 201 for room 1, 202 for room 2, etc.

·        To contact reception, dial 9 from your room or call +34 971 549 639. Reception is available from 07:00 to 20:30.

·        Outside these hours, for emergencies, dial 9 from your room or call +34 971 549 639.

Welcome basket
Welcome basket

Enjoy our welcome basket, thoughtfully handcrafted with local products, offered as a courtesy during your stay. As with the pool or beach towels, this item must be returned at the end of your stay.

Loved the basket? You can purchase a new one at reception for just 40€.

Responsible water use

Mallorca is an island with limited water resources. Water is a scarce and valuable asset, and we kindly invite you to use it responsibly during your stay.  Small gestures, such as turning off the tap while brushing your teeth or reducing your shower time, can make a meaningful difference.
