Daily
housekeeping service is provided between 08:00 and 16:00.
Please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Towel
change
Towels will be replaced when left on the floor.
Bed
linen change
Bed linen is changed every 4 days. For additional changes, please contact
reception.
Pool
towels
Pool
towels are available in the basket in your room.
To receive fresh towels, used ones must be returned; additional towels are not
provided without prior exchange.
Towels can be exchanged at reception or with the housekeeping staff.
Safe
Your
room is equipped with a safe, available free of charge. Please follow the
instructions provided on the safe to use it.
We recommend storing your valuables in the safe, as the hotel cannot be held
responsible for items not stored inside it.
Television
channels
The
televisions in the Quinze and Frare buildings are different and each has its
own operating procedure.
Please find both instructions attached below and follow the one corresponding
to your room.
