Please note that the hotel offers two levels of parking for guest use.

Our staff will collect your telephone messages, and other communications and will inform you as soon as possible.
Any mail received in your name will be delivered to you on the day of your arrival.

If you wish, you may use our wake-up call service during your stay as well as on your departure day.
To request this service, please contact Reception by dialing 9 from your room telephone or directly at the reception desk.

Please be reminded that on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m.
If your departure is before 7:45 a.m., kindly inform Reception by 12:00 noon the day before, so that a cold breakfast can be prepared for you.
Whenever possible, we will be pleased to offer you a later check-out time, subject to availability and your needs.

Our staff is at your full disposal to assist you with the organization of your stay and services such as: car and bicycle rental, golf course information, medical services, recommended routes and island tips, excursions, maps, taxi and restaurant reservations, luggage storage, laundry service, among others.
