Cleaning

Cleaning of your room will be done every day, between 08:00 and 21:00. If you need new towels, please leave the used ones on the floor. The sheets will be changed every 2 days.

Television

We have national and international channels that you can enjoy for free from your room.

Security box

The safe is completely free and you will find instructions on the door.

The hotel management is not responsible for the loss of objects that have not previously been deposited in it.

Laundry service

Laundry service (external to the hotel and with charge) The clothes delivered before 09.00 hours will be returned 24 hours later. (Monday to Friday).  Call reception (9) and we will leave you a bag to deliver the clothes.

Breakdowns

Your room has been checked and disinfected prior to your arrival. We trust that your room will be to your complete satisfaction. If during your stay there are any problems, please contact the reception

Balcony

Please do not hang towels on your balcony, for aesthetic reasons.

Air conditioning

It is in winter or summer mode, depending on the season. We remind you that the windows have to be closed, otherwise the a.a. it will not work. If you have any questions, we suggest you contact the Reception.

In your room, you will find a fire detector, as well as an evacuation plan, behind the entrance door. And along the corridors there are various evacuation plans, as well as fire extinguishers, hoses and buttons for use in an emergency. If you have any questions, please contact our staff who will be happy to help you

Children are not allowed to use the lifts if they are not accompanied by adults. In case of fire, do not use the lifts. 

Remember that it is forbidden to smoke in the lift.
